The following third parties process customer data on our behalf. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and undergoes annual security review.

Infrastructure

Amazon Web Services — compute, storage, database (US-East-1, EU-West-1). Cloudflare — CDN, WAF, DNS. Vercel — edge rendering (marketing).

AI providers

Anthropic — Claude family (default for code reasoning). OpenAI — GPT family (fallback). No customer data is used to train these models.

Payments

Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1).

Customer support and communications

Postmark — transactional email. Plain — support inbox.

Observability

Sentry — error tracking. Datadog — metrics. Both scoped to system telemetry, no customer scan content.
