If you upgrade to a paid plan and aren't satisfied within 30 days, email billing@kagliostro.io for a full refund of the first payment. No questions asked.

Pro-rata SLA credits

If we miss our 99.9% monthly uptime SLA on paid plans, we issue a service credit pro-rata to the affected period. Credits apply to your next invoice.

Credits

Unused scan credits expire at the end of each billing period unless your plan explicitly rolls them over.

Annual plans

Annual plans are non-refundable past day 30 but can be cancelled at the end of the term with 30 days notice.
